ZERO Cancellation Service & Fees
The ZERO Cancellation Service is applicable only to selected flights booked through travel-matrix.com.
The amount paid for purchasing or availing the cancellation service is non-refundable.
Customers will be eligible for a complete cancellation fee waiver on eligible flights only when the ticket is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
If the customer cancels the ticket without meeting the applicable cancellation conditions, the cancellation fee waiver will not apply and the standard cancellation penalties and applicable charges will be deducted.
The User Agreement and Privacy Policy of travel-matrix.com shall apply to all bookings and transactions made through the Website.
In case of any misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the offer by a customer or travel agent, travel-matrix.com reserves the right to deny the offer, restrict the benefit, or cancel the booking.
travel-matrix.com shall not be responsible for refunding the booking amount in cases where the booking has been cancelled or the offer has been denied due to misuse or violation of the applicable terms.
Customers who are travel agents by profession are not permitted to use this offer to make bookings on behalf of their customers. travel-matrix.com reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel such bookings. No refund of the booking amount shall be provided in such cases where the booking is cancelled due to violation of these conditions.
travel-matrix.com reserves the sole right to interpret and determine the applicability of these terms and conditions.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the service by a customer or travel agent, travel-matrix.com reserves the right to deny the offer, withdraw the benefit, or cancel the applicable booking.

Exceptions to the Standard Service Fees

Online Vacation Package Bookings: Service fees may be up to $50 per person.
Business and First Class Airfares: Service fees may be up to $100 per passenger for all applicable passenger types.
Multi-City Trips: Service fees may be up to $100 per passenger for all applicable passenger types.
Multi-Airline Trips / Cities with Higher Fraud Rates / Flights Booked Within 24 Hours of Departure: Service fees may be up to $35 per passenger for all applicable passenger types.
Certain Airlines: Service fees on selected airlines may be up to $35 per passenger.
Contact Center Booking Service Fees
Service fees for bookings made through the contact center, including complex multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries, may be higher than the fees applicable to bookings completed online.
Contact center service fees may range from $10 to $200 per passenger, depending on the itinerary, booking requirements, and applicable service. Contact center bookings may also include premium package benefits where applicable.
