Service Fees

Air Transaction Service Fees for U.S. Domestic and International bookings are approximately $50.

Hotel Transaction Service Fees for all hotel bookings are approximately $35.

Car Rental Transaction Service Fees for all car rentals are approximately $40.

Cruise Booking Transaction Service Fees for all cruise bookings are approximately $200.

Service fees will be converted into your local currency and displayed on the payment page.

Passenger types may include adult, infant, student, child, senior, and military.

Transaction service fees are generally non-refundable and may be changed without prior notice. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of being made may be eligible for a refund of the applicable transaction service fee. If you cancel more than 24 hours after the reservation was made, the transaction service fee will generally not be refundable.

Your account will only be charged the final total amount displayed and confirmed at the time of purchase.

For certain alternative travel dates or nearby airports, an additional charge of approximately $55 per traveler may apply.

A child travelling alone may be subject to an additional charge of approximately $100, depending on the airline and applicable requirements.

Cruise bookings may include an additional service charge of up to $200 per passenger.

Reservations made through the travel-matrix.com contact center may have higher service fees than bookings made online. Additional charges may apply for complex international, multi-sector, and specialized flight itineraries.

Contact center service fees may range from approximately $15 to $250 per passenger, with certain senior-citizen bookings potentially subject to fees of up to $125, depending on the itinerary and service requirements.
