User Agreement

Welcome to travel-matrix.com, an online travel service through which users can access and receive travel-related news, information, traditional airline and low-cost flight options, and other travel offers. The Website allows users to search for and find air tickets, compare available options, process reservations, and submit ticket purchase requests with participating airlines and travel service providers.

We ask you to carefully read and, before making any booking with us, accept the following terms and conditions (the “T&C”) that govern the services (the “Service”) made available by travel-matrix.com through the Website. travel-matrix.com reserves the right to modify these T&C without prior notice when such modifications become necessary due to, without limitation, changes in market conditions, applicable rules and regulations, or changes in the risks associated with providing the Service through the Website.

If you wish to take full advantage of the Service and stay informed about travel news, traditional airline and low-cost flights, and available travel offers, you may subscribe by providing complete and accurate personal information.

Please note that your access to and use of the Website requires your acceptance of these T&C. By continuing to access and/or use the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these T&C.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF travel-matrix.com

1. REGISTRATION

The User represents and warrants that all personal data and information provided during the registration process is current, complete, accurate, and truthful. The User agrees to notify travel-matrix.com promptly of any changes to their personal information.

The User authorizes travel-matrix.com to verify the accuracy of the personal data and other information provided to the Company and agrees to reasonably cooperate with travel-matrix.com during any such verification process.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Once the registration process has been properly completed, the User may access the services provided by travel-matrix.com, which may include: (i) travel-related information, updates, and news concerning traditional airlines, low-cost flights, and offers from various travel operators; (ii) use of the travel-matrix.com search functionality to find information about airline tickets and available offers while comparing different travel options; and (iii) use, under a limited license, of travel-matrix.com software and online applications that allow the User to process reservations and ticket purchase requests directly without requiring a separate connection to third-party websites.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE – PURCHASE ORDERS

The User may freely access the Website and use its features for personal and non-commercial purposes only. When performing searches, making reservations, or submitting purchase requests, the User acknowledges and confirms that they are acting solely in a personal capacity.

While searching for travel options or processing reservations and/or purchase orders, the User may access the web application through a non-exclusive and temporary license granted for the duration of the relevant transaction. This application enables the User to conveniently process requests without requiring an additional or parallel connection to the website of the service provider with whom the User intends to make a booking.

The User may not modify, reuse, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any information, news, Content, software, systems, or products obtained through the Website or made available through the Service. Any use that is not personal in nature is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by travel-matrix.com.

To access and use the functions of the Website, the User must have an active internet connection, which must be obtained at the User’s own expense through a reliable internet service provider. travel-matrix.com shall not be responsible for any damage to the User’s hardware, equipment, or devices that may arise directly or indirectly from the User’s internet connection or use of the Website.

The User is not permitted to make flight bookings for travel dates more than 90 days from the current date.

4. RULES OF CONDUCT

The User agrees to use the Website, its features, and the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these T&C. In particular, the User agrees not to submit, transmit, or distribute through the Website any unlawful, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content, nor use the Website or its functions for any activity that could damage the reputation or image of travel-matrix.com or result in any loss or damage to the Company or any third party.

The User further agrees not to send advertising materials, spam, unwanted communications, or unsolicited messages that may interfere with the functionality of the Website or negatively affect the use of the Website by other users.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The User acknowledges and agrees that all information, data, software, text, Content, music, sounds, photographs, images, videos, graphics, and other materials available on the Website (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by travel-matrix.com or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Except for the permitted use of the application described in Section 3, the User does not acquire any ownership or other intellectual property rights in the Content or Website. The User’s rights are limited to using the Website in accordance with these T&C.

The User may print and/or download Content, including these T&C, solely for personal and non-commercial use.

The User may also request, through an express written request submitted by email, the correction of inaccurate or defective personal information or request its deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements and limitations.

If the User no longer wishes to receive commercial or promotional communications by email from the Data Controller, or wishes to exercise applicable privacy rights, the User may use the “unsubscribe” link provided in the relevant commercial or promotional communication, where available, or follow the applicable procedure provided by travel-matrix.com.
